iTunes match question

I recently lost everything on my iMac and had to start over. Every song I I purchased from iTunes was there when I returned but obviously all of the imported songs from cd's and other downloads are gone. I have an iPod classic that has all of the purchased an non purchased songs on it.

My question is if I sign up for Match will I be able to transfer those non purchased songs from my iPod to my iTunes? Or is there another way to get those items from my iPod to iTunes?

For those, you'll need a third party software to pull them off your iPod.
