Is there a way to download all my itunes match songs at once on to my iphone 4?

Probably the easiest thing to do (since I don't think there's any built in way to download all) is to make a playlist with everything in it. Then scroll to the bottom of the playlist once it is sync'd on your phone through iCloud and "download all" on that playlist.

Here is what I did.
In iTunes I Selected All and deleted my music library. At that point the songs are still listed but they exist in iCloud not locally. I then Selected All again and right clicked (windows) and selected Download. After that finished I connected my iPhone unchecked Sync Music to delete all the songs from the phone. Then I checked Sync Music back on and it downloaded all the music back to the phone.
