iTunes keeps asking displaying these notices.

I have the iPad connected correctly to my computer. I want to restore the iPad to a re ent backup from the same iPad.

During restore the iPads screen turns off even though have the screen to never shut down.

Sure. The ipad was unlocked with the screen on. Then after seeing the Restore in Progress the scree turned off after that. I have that setyi g turn the scree off to never. I even turned the ipad passcode off and password requirement to off.

Sure did. What us also weird is my iPad is updated to the current iOS version. Still itunes asks me to download the latest iOS version. Ok I see on the screen that is the same
version that I have on my iPad.

I might see if this happens on my Windows 11 computer.

Yeah… you might want to try Apple Devices. It's possible that iTunes doesn't have the support software for current versions of iPadOS; the app was replaced with Apple Music, Apple TV and Apple Devices.

Oh I figured this out. Something to do with my Imazing application. Now I want to figure out how to make iTunes create my backups to me external hard drive. I was a recording on You Tube that explained this. But, does not work.
