Can you put the iTunes gift card code into the app store from your iPhone? Without using a computer and it working properly?

Yes on your iPhone open iTunes>Redeem
To find Redeem go to iTunes>New Releases>All the way at the bottom it say Redeem.

i found this the other day. a weird place for apple to put it cas its kinda hidden. but if you go to the app store and then to "featured" and "new" all the way at the bottom there is a redeem option. it is in the same place as if it was it was the last app in that category.
