"iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. The network connection timed out."

"iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. The network connection timed out."
Since last two days I am getting these messages I am not able to connect to iTunes store I cant download updates nothing I have re-installed it again and again I have checked firewall settings but no clue...can anybody help regarding this issue, thanks!
I am using iTunes 10.5.3 64bit!

Yeah I cant use app store on my iPhone also I dunno whats this issue is...!!

BUMP!!!

Also getting same issue. When iPhone connected to computer, checking for updates always times out and I get error message.

Any ideas???
