iTunes Album Artwork

[iMore Question]

hi everyone
i added my Music Albums from my external hard drive to my iTunes in Mavericks
when i added , some of the Albums does`nt have artwork , i manage that artwork with iTunes (Get album artwork )
after that when i Sync my hole music to my iPhone , the artwork does not fix , and it shown so Cluttered . for example michael jackson artwork goes to Dream theater and rihana & j.LO /...

i sync it again and didnt any thing .

what is my problem ? it`s for my music in the external Hard or no ? it `s for m iTunes ? how can i fix it ? can i manage my artwork in my Device without jailbreak ?

and now i have another problem with iTunes ! when want sync Music and home videos , my Videos did`nt sync anymore and my music just the number 1 of each albums have Sync ! what is it ?

That sounds like a very perplexing problem. Have you got a good clean Backup that you can restore to your device?
