iTunes 12.5.1 not syncing with Aperture

Update iTune to 15.5.1 and it removed all my synced photos from Aperture. When Sync is running the status bar shows "reading Aperture library" but no photos do get synced. Any suggestion on how to get this fixed or do we have to wait until get this fixed.

This problem may not have been an iTune problem. It may have caused by the upgrade of iOS to 10.0.2
