iTunes 12.3.0.44 issues with iPod Nano

After downloading the latest iTunes update, My iPod Nano won't sync. I keep getting a message that says an iPod has been detected, but it cold not be identified properly. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes, restarting Apple Mobile Device Manager with no luck. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I had this problem..... called Apple and they said I had to un-install all the Apple program components... not just iTunes (this includes a program called "bonjour")

I did this, re-installed iTunes and it worked fine....

Did you also uninstall the iCloud app?
