It's my iPhone 6s, how to unllock this from iCloud lock?

My iPhone 6s now screen locked by iCloud account of previous owner. I can't contact with him. Now NewSden team confirmed me to unlock it. Is it true!

Welcome to iMore! If you can't contact the previous owner to get the email and password associated with that iCloud account you're seriously out of luck. There is quite literally nothing you can do.
