Issues with wifi calling AT&T from iPhone 6S To a 5

Here's my issue I have a 6s my wifi has a 5 both on AT&T whenever I have wifi calling enabled and it is active on my 6s when my wife calls she can't hear me it doesn't happen with my father in law who has a 6 or my aunt who doesn't even have a smartphone.

My wife 6s is having same problem, and we are on AT&T I have the 6+ wondering what to do?

Is her issue when she's on wifi for calling and calls an iPhone 5? Because my father in law has a 6 and with him it works fine when I call him.

I read that it's the wifi router and restarting the router fixes it. I had it happe to me and the other person said I sounded like I had a smoke alarm in my room.

But like I said where this happens its at work and works fine with my father in law but not my wife.

Ok so I used her phone for the day , she has wifi call enabled the problem is most of the time it just says AT&T then once in a while it says AT&T wifi on top of the screen so when I make the call the call to my phone which she is using she can't hear me until I disable the wifi calling feature and call again.

Yeah sounds like the same issue as me.

Seems to finally be working correctly will update if that changes.

It could be due to your router. It may be connected to wifi, but is the wifi working properly?
