it seems like you ever since I got my battery replaced last tues. my camera sutter doesn’t always open & siri is hit & miss. Apple support on Twitter is stupid & gives me articles that I already know about. What do you suggest

Hey Chris.
Did you backup your device before the battery was replaced, and if so, have you restored that backup?
Have you tried wiping your device and setting up as new to see if you can replicate the issue?
It could be any number of things and a wipe might get rid of it.
Yes, I backed it up. Do you think restoring from iCloud will help. I’m on iPhone 7, so it might be time for my XR

Did Apple replace your battery? I would take it back to Apple if that's the case and let them fix it.
I might end up getting me a XR tomorrow (since this is a 3 year old phone) If I do & I restore from backup do you think I’ll have the same problems
Here’s the update, I made an appointment at my local Apple Store yesterday. Somehow the guy ended up damaging my speaker when he put the battery in. They were going to replace it with a brand new 7. I ended up getting the 11 instead
