Is there something that should be checked or repaired for a hot ipad?

I know that the ipad 3 has had a reputation for running hot at times, but mine had never been more than a little warm to the touch now and then.

Recently, it's started getting uncomfortably hot -- I can feel the heat through its case -- and I'm concerned about the change in behavior.

Is there something that should be checked or repaired for a hot ipad?

Not that I'm aware of, but if you're near an Apple Store, make a Genius Bar appointment to have them diagnose it.

Try a simpliest way, set your ipad brightnest setting to manual.. It worked for me
