Is there anyway to tell if my iPad is part of someone's family sharing?

I don't want all family members to be able to access my stuff.

Yes. Go to settings > iCloud > Family Sharing & you'll be able to see if you're connected. It's not something that happens automatically so the only way that would happen is if you set it up or accepted someone's invite.
