Is there anyway to still get them

I dropped my last iphone. The contacts were not saved. Is there anyway to get those contacts and put them on my new iphone?

You may have had an iCloud back up that included contacts. If you have plugged it in while it's asleep on WiFi, you may have it. Go to iCloud.com on a computer and log in and see. If so, when you set up a new phone, set up to the iCloud back up.

If the phone is dead, and you were not backing up or syncing contacts anywhere, you're sadly out of luck...
