Is there any way to update iTunes music/playlists on my iPhone........

.....without actually using iTunes?

I don't want to connect my JB/UL 3G 3.0 to my CPU for any reason. But I do want to update my playlists/music/videos, so is there any way to do this using an alternative method besides iTunes?

SSH? Anything?

Anyone have any suggestions?

Just do it with iTunes. As long as your not updating or anything you should be fine. Yeah it'll pop up and say 'a new update is advailable. Do you want to dl' just click no
