I have iphone 4. It doesn't receive and send messages and documents via bluetooth to and from other phones like galaxy , nokia phones. Is there any way to transmit already formed docs from my iphone to and from other phones directly?

You'll have to send an email, text message or download an app. There isn't a native function in Android or iOS that allow BT transfer between OS's.
