Is there any way to tell what devices have signed in with my Apple ID?

I recently had to create a new Apple ID because mine was hacked. Is there any way I can see the devices or times my account has been signed in to?

Sure. On an iOS device you can also go to Settings, then select your name at the very top and all of your devices are listed right there.

Alternatively you can go to http://appleid.apple.com, sign in, and select “Devices”.
