Is there any way to export all contacts into a Excel Spreadsheet?

I need to export a copy of all of my contacts into a Excel Spreadsheet. Is this possible, if so how is that accomplished?

You can download a VCF file of your contacts to computer from iCloud web and then you'd need to find an app for the computer to convert the VCF to CSV, which can be imported to Excel...

I'm advising to use this app for that purpose, as not everybody has iCloud contacts enabled in settings.
