Is there any way I can change my number on snapchat without being loged in
Acctually i have changed my number and the number i used to vericy my snapchat is being used by other now i am having a new no. So how i coud access back to my account

You need to use your special Snapchat verification code. If you don't have that, you'll need to create a new Snapchat account.

See @Sherry_B 's answer above. If you don't have access to the number to verify, you may have to create a new account. Unless you contact Snapchat support. They may be able to assist once you prove you are the account owner.
