Is there another app besides ToneFX that will manage ringtones and alerts that will work with IOS7?

I have a jail broken Iphone 4 running on IOS 7,prior to upgrading to IOS 7 I used an app called ToneFX to manage all my alerts and ring tones.
As you may be aware this app hasn't been upgraded,this leads me to ask is there another app that will manage ringtones and alerts that will work with IOS7?

If you tried the app store I would imaging for ring tone apps and see what comes up and something may be specific to managing them.

I have looked in the app store and nothing jumps out.
Has anyone got any ideas or a link?
