Is there an IOS equivalent of MS snip-it?

Do you want to take screenshots? Is that it? You don't need an app for that. Just press the home button and the power button at the same time.

It is more than a screenshot app. Allows you to capture any part of a screen, and then annotate it with voice or pen. Embed the result in any document or email. I've used it to capture a part of a Google map and then annotate it with voice directions and marker highlights. Pretty nice little app.

Thanks for explaining what it is. Sorry, but I should have done show in my first post. Thought I was one of the few that hadn't found this very cool tool.

I use it all the time at work or home PCs. Sure would be nice to have such a tool on my 6S+

Does the MS OneNote app for iOS allow for that?

I know Evernote and Skitch allow you to. I don't think you can get the fine screen snipping that you can on a laptop or desktop but it's at least something. Not sure if Skitch would work with OneNote but worth a shot.

No it doesn't. Nor does it do it for Android or Windows Phone. Yes, as far as I know, you can only do that kind of stuff on Windows and Mac desktops and laptops. I THINK you can on Samsung's Galaxy Note phones and on Galaxy Note tablets, but not on the non-Note Galaxy series.

There's apps that do these things, but not all in one app. I took this portion of a screenshot and annotated and marked it. No voice. But there's slide apps that would work to put voice with the photos.

A good slide app is WiPoint.

I recently started to use "snip-it" tool at work as it fit being able to look into specific parts of a screenshot. I was looking for an app similar to this for my iPhone 6S plus and what I found wasn't exactly the same, but it does the job.

The way I use it on my iPhone is to take a screenshot or use a photo I have taken and draw on it to point out the area in question. Hope this helps!

You can try Snagit Fuse. It works with Snagit for Mac, Windows, and Chromebook. Snagit itself is not free though. You get a 15 day free trial.

Unfortunately, "As of January 22, 2016, Evernote will no longer support this app and this listing will be removed." (from the app store)

That's right. I remember hearing something about that but since forgot about it. What a bummer.

I found this app by accident while looking for an app that does smudge on images. Someone was looking for that. After checking YouDoodle Plus out, I kept it. It's not bad at all.

"Awesome Screenshot for Safari" by Diigo Inc is a great app to add annotations and other modifications to a screenshot taken from your iOS device. If that's what you're looking for.
