is there a way to retreive my contacts .

I deleted my contacts from the phone I wanted to but it also deleted my contacts from my other 2 phones to. I was using the same user name and pw for all three phones

How did you delete them? Try going to Settings >iCloud >toggle photos on. If they are already on, toggle off, then back on.
