Is there a way to recover activation records?

I have skipped the activation of iPhone 4 but do not save my activation records as a result my iPhone can not make calls and I need to recover my activation records folder to solve this problem.

Someone knows some software to recover files deleted in iPhone after a restoration with iTunes.

** This idea I thought of when formatting a hard drive and then recovering files.
