Is there a way to prevent iCloud music library from interfering with restoring from a Time Machine backup?

When restoring from time machine for a music backup is there a way to prevent iCloud music library interfering in that restore for example I have a backup of my music library from a few weeks ago which is perfect however since I have icml enabled this messes up the whole restore and puts the bad library I currently use in with the good library from the restore is there a way to fix this

Hmmm. It shouldn't interfere at all, especially if you're not connected to the Internet during the restore.

Ok as I notice it does anyway all seems good now I pray it will stay that way
