Is there a way to go back to a pre-iOS 7 version?

Is there a way to get the old OS back. If not has anyone maybe found a way to us the old colors of the OS.
This new one is a little bright.

iPhone 5s came with iOS 7, there is no other iOS for it. You can always jailbreak your phone and change the theme and tweak some settings to make it look how you want it to look.

The 5S will never be able to run any iOS lower than 7. As advised by emcee, jailbreaking and changing the theme would be your only option

The 5S came with iOS 7. You can try jail breaking. Give iOS 7 a shot, maybe you'll get used to it. Good luck.
