Is there a way to detect duplicate songs or files before adding to music library?

I have several music libraries, but some of the music is duplicated and I would like to, somehow, detect duplicate songs or duplicate files before adding them to one large library. I have iTunes, MediaMonkey, Wondershare TunesGo, and the native Win 7 player.

Unfortunately, my router is dead and my new one won't be here until Tues or Wed, so my preference is to use a program I already have, but if I need a new one then I can't wait.

I tested iTunes to see if it would inform me that I was adding a duplicate song, but no dice.
