Is there a way to access voicemail online or voicemail to email?

Is anyone aware of a way to access voicemail online or voicemail to email? There must be an app?
I have Verizon and fly a lot for business. If I could access the voicemails while on the plane my life would be easier when I land. I saw ?youmail? but there were no reviews. So any help in accessing voicemail from the iphone online or voice to text emails would be great. Or I can use my laptop.

Turn off your phone and dial your own number and it will go directly to your voice mail and from there listen to the prompts that tell you to listen to voice mail.

Went with "youmail". Pretty sweet it will send me an email with a Mp3 attached and now I can listen to my voice-mail in an email on the plane.
