Is there a texture editor for games directly on iphone

hy, i am editing bideo game files on my iphone but in some games the textures are coded i a thing with the extention ccz.pvr *I think* i looked into it but i saw stuff to do with computers. Right now i cant use my computer but i can use my iphone so i was wondoring is there an app or addon for ifioe that could help me.

Pretty sure nothing will open that on an iPhone without a jailbreak module, unfortunately.
