Is there a sleep mode on iPhone six?

the screen has an auto lock feature that you can set to anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes- settings- general- auto lock. If these times are too long- just press the power button on the side once and the screen goes off- phone stays on

Okay, but I was referring to when I'm in bed. Is there a way to put the phone on sleep so I will not hear any email or text, or even phone calls.

Sorry for being vague.

Open up control center and tap on do not disturb.

You can set it to engage at a set time.
