Is there a reason the Apple Watch music app won't show Beats 1 on Apple Watch music app

Make sure you have the source set to iPhone on your Watch and not to watch.

Yes pkcable we have it it's on iPhone and mac and use it everyday

A weak cellular signal might cause that.
