Is there a radio app that will allow me to get non-broadcast stations for my iPhone 5c?

radio pre sets for iPhone 5c

I found that my gym offers listening to their tv's while work outs through FM stations. These are their stations transmitted on FM frequencies - I cannot find (through my phone) a way to get these specific stations in any presets?
Is there a radio app that will allow me to get non- broadcast stations?
I would like to preset 9 of their frequencies.

iPhones do NOT have receivers for traditional OTA FM radio reception built in... you'd have to add a 3rd party accessory...
