Is there a limit of the number of folders that can be added to iCloud Drive?

I created a folder in the Pages folder that comes with iCloud. Then I wanted to add another folder (inside the folder I just created) but it will not allow me to add it. I created a folder on my desktop and tried to move it into the folder that I created on iCloud/Pages/FolderA...and it did not allow me to move it over.

Try creating your own folder not in an "Apple" folder and see if that helps.
