Is there a camera app that can do this?

Hi,

I am new here. Got an iphone 6 a couple weeks back and want to know about an app.
I had a windows phone and the 'Lumia Camera' app was able to do this.

Please take a look at the below image


Any app on ios that can do this?

Go to the App Store and use the search term Camera Clone. There are several there that look like they will do this.
