I am also having problems finding alternate Alarm clocks , but ones that pop OVER the lock screen. Many of them I need to unlock the phone first, which is a PITA. I know it's not exactly the same, I can post a separate thread if needed.

If anyone finds any good ones that open over the lock screen (and can be interacted with over the lock screen - Snooze, etc), that would be great.

I use Sleep Cycle. It’s not the loudest, but it wakes you up at your lightest sleep.

I was havnig the same issue with iOS 13. Then I realized once I disable the Bedtime app and just go with the regular Alarm, with Alarm as sound, it's pretty loud and it's all good now. Hope this helps!
