Is the visible screen of the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 the same size?

Hi,
I currently have iPhone 11 and thinking about buying iPhone 12. I see that 12 is smaller then 11 but screen size should be the same 6,1.

My question is if the visible screen is the same on the 11 and 12? It doesn’t matter what size is the visible screen, just if they are the same on both models. I don’t want to go the smaller screen.

The screens are the same size at 6.1 inches and the have the same resolution of 19.5:9. The iPhone 12 has a smaller frame because of the flat sides instead of the rounded sides.

19.5:9 is the aspect ratio. The iPhone 12 screen resolution is 1170x2532.
