is the Iphone4 wifi calling capable?

I just added a T-mobile sim card to an Iphone4, and I'm trying to figure out wifi calling

Hi. I have the iPhone 4 as well (that was my first iPhone). It's definitely no capable of Wi-Fi calling. That feature didn't come until the iPhone 6 and iOS 8, from what I can recall. The iPhone 4 can't be upgraded past iOS 7, so you can't get that feature.
