Is my earpiece messed up?

My camera is very bad at focusing, please excuse the quality. But if you see the earpiece there is a bit of white in the middle. Is it dirty or is my earpiece damaged? The earpiece is still very loud so that's that. http://imgur.com/z6FumJy

Looks like it is just dirty, I commonly clean mine with a cue-tip and isopropyl alcohol. It its still working fine, don't worry about it.

I guess so, because I think it's just some white bits covering the holes. But it can happen over time right?
