Is it snapchat? Or my iphone? Volume icon bug?

So when I open a chat on snapchat the volume icon appears out of nowhere when I have the volume to 0 and on 100%.

If you're only seeing it in snapchat then I would think it's a snap chat issue. I don't use snapchat so I can't test it out myself.

Are you pushing the volume button on the side when you open a chat? I was doing that when I took screenshots.

I don't know of anything else that would cause the bell volume icon to appear on the screen. I was doing it for days before I figured out what I was doing. Good luck with it!
