Is it possible unsync 2 iPhones on same apple account without resetting one of the phones?

Most answers say to get separate accounts (which we will), but in the meantime is there a way to do this? Husband upgraded to ios9 and when I got the message on my phone I said yes by accident.

On one I would log out of all settings with that Apple ID and then log into the correct one
