is it possible to get photos off of a disabled iphone 5s?

My daughters iphone 5s was not sync"d to itunes or icloud, so her photos will be deleted if we have to erase it due to forgetting her passcode and her phone is not disabled?

You might be able to plug it into your computer and open up the file explorer to copy the pictures to your computer's hard drive before restoring it.
