Is it possible to FaceTime call where the caller is on video/audio and the recipient is audio only?

This is the reverse of me turning off video on my end. I'd like to use FaceTime to demonstrate an at-home injection process (e.g., diabetes insulin injects) but I don't want to be able to see the recipient. And I don't want to ask them to turn off their video. Weird I know but exploring options.

You cannot currently do what you're asking in regard to FaceTime.
