Is it possible to downgrade from ios8 to 7 on ipad mini GSM?

Dear Friends, i'm newbie here, i have an ipad mini 1 gsm with pango jailbreak and i really wish to downgrade from ios8 to ios 7 (unsigned) since the ipad become running slowly, very slowly since i've update. Can someone, please, can help me?

Welcome to iMore. I am no longer deeply versed in Jailbreaking so I don't want to give you advise, but someone should be along soon to assist.

A quick thought, is that you can not do so unless you have the IPSW for the OS version you want and have the SHSH Blobs for the device on that version so you can "fake" the signing process.

My iPad Mini ran really well and snappy on iOS 9. If you can jailbreak with iOS 9, that might be a good solution. I always advise a clean install.
