Is it possible to downgrade from ios 9 to ios 8.0 or 8.4?

Ive tried doing it with itunes, but i cant, it gives me error 3194.
Ive already tried to recover it from the cloud but it keeps saying my iphone has been disconected. I was hoping someone could help me with this.

Neither of those iOS versions are being signed by Apple. Apple is still signing 8.4.1

Also if you do choose to go to 8.4.1, you cannot restore from a backup made on iOS 9.

I would do it soon too. 8.4.1 won't be signed for much longer.
