Is it possible my message has been read even if i don't see a time stamp?

I usually see a time stamp when my message has been read. In this case, the "read" checkmarks are ticked in blue, but where I usually see a timestamp, I only see 3 dots. What does this mean?

I don't know, but 3 dots usually represents more available data, so tap on the 3 dots and see what happens.

Okay, well, I do not use that particular app, but to answer the thread question, yes, it is possible that your message has been read. If it's like the native Messages app, you will not receive a read message notification if the recipient has the 'send read receipts' option disabled on his or her device.
