Is iCloud storage broken?

After installing iOS 9 it doesn't work anymore

It doesn't make security copies of my two iPhones and my iPad anymore. There's enough free space. In backup options it says the same for every single app, No data

It says Size of the copy 0 KB in all of them

It definitely is!! I can't back up, download new apps, update apps, or reach the server to redownload/downgrade from this headache of an update. Or do anything that involves iCloud or Apple servers for that matter. Never been more disappointed.

Me too. VERY disappointed. Never had so many problems in a update (had all iPhones since 3g) The worst iOS ever.
