Is Apple Music an updated version of iTunes Match?

Apple Music and iTunes Match

I already pay for iTunes Match and am currently trying out the trial period of Apple Music. I don't want to pay for both.
Is Apple Music an upgraded version of iTunes Match (it appears Apple Music includes all the features of iTunes Match).
