Is anyone having issues getting Siri to shuffle play in Music?

Anyone have issues with siri. I can't have siri play music. When I ask to play music it gets confused.

Works fine when I tell Siri to "shuffle music"...

Nope. I'm not having any issues with Siri.

For me it can't do anything with music. Can't shuffle. Even when I ask to play for example Keith Urban, it will say here is some popular Keith Urban songs and that's it, it won't play it.

Okay so it looks like you have to have cellular data turned on for this to work. Kind of sucks because I can't ask SIRI to play music I have available for offline.
