Is anyone else having a problem with App Switching in iOS11?

Apps don't stay open and restart literally a few minutes after switching to another app.

Also, i could have an app open and turn off the screen, then it's closed when i wake up the screen again.

What device are you using to run iOS 11?
I have not experienced any app switching problems on iOS 11.0.1 with my iPhone 7 Plus and iPad Pro.
