is an iPod touch worth it? will it be updated on the wwdc?

Hi there I'm new in imore.
Well my actual set is: 2013 moto x,1st gen iPad mini(16) and a windows laptop.
I live in Peru where apple products are sold at more than twice the original price. I'm coming to the USA on July so do you recommend me to buy an iPod touch (32), I'm not so sure since it's not an easy decision. I refuse to buy an iPhone or an iPad since they are going to be updated later.a new iPad could be a good idea, though.

Welcome to iMore. In regard to the thread question, it depends on your needs. As for whether it'll be updated at WWDC 2015, I do not know and won't know for certain until June 8th.

Welcome to Imore! As far as WWDC and an Ipod, we have no clue except for Apple. I'd say bring your Ipad with you for whatever you use it for and don't worry about getting an Ipod. The last time it had a major refresh was 2012 I believe so and it's pretty old now. It's totally up to you and how you want to spend your money though. What exactly would you use it for over your Ipad or phone?

I don't ever plan on getting rid of my iPod Touch 5. I still use it everyday, and it's been my "WiPhone" without cellular service for 8 years now. Even though I just got my first proper "smartphone" I still love the darn thing. I'm not a fan of the lightning cable(s) though.
