Ipod Touch 5TH Gen ios 8.1 (Jailbroken) Resprings On Boot Up

I have a jailbroken 5th gen ipod touch running ios 8.1 and about halfway during boot up it resprings and boots that way. At first i thought it was animate for ios 8 but even with that uninstalled it wouldnt boot properly. Is there any way to fix this?

Luckily it boots right after the respring but it's just one of those things that bugs me.
